So What! Wednesday

So What Wednesday

Linking up with Shannon again over at L.A.I.D.

Today I am saying SO WHAT if......

I am back to posting once a week again.  It is just so busy right now.

I already miss going to my HR certification class.  They were so awesome. I am now certified! To do what, I am not sure ;)

I bought myself a Christmas present.  Not just a little one but I am talking a whole bedroom suite.  Yikes!  I just couldn't resist and that damn 0% gets me every time.  I don't want to hear it from you financial gurus out there either.  I don't splurge that often.

Isn't it beautiful??????

Okay, I may have just lied.  I went to Hobby Lobby and they had their fall stuff 80% off and I did buy a shit ton of stuff.  That is what you will see in the below pics.  It was too pretty to pass up. There is a lot more than what you see here....oops.

I love this boy here ssoooo very much!

I miss this guy right here too!  I didn't mention this earlier but we lost a very dear friend and a friend to many others too, two weeks ago.  I not only worked with him but he was a friend and the one that urged me to start dating Matt.  What a great guy he was and we miss his a lot!  Cancer sucks!!!!!

Also, I must say a little a something about a long time friend of my brother and many others.  Chad Meyers.  He was killed in a very unfortunate mining accident the other day.  What an awesome guy he was.  He was so fun to be around.  I wish I could have known him better.  I just know he was loved by many.  You can see pics of him over at It's Krystal with a K!

So What! if I am overloading you with pics.  I am just in a picture kinda mood.

This is my sweet boy watching as Dayne leaves on the train for Chicago.  It was the cutest thing ever.  NOTE:  That is very obviously not my son standing there.  It was a crew member of the train and Jaxin wore him out with questions.  Too funny!

Lastly, this is the train Jax and I rode at our local mall when Santa came to town :)  Isn't it cute and the little tickets were adorable.

So What! Wednesday

So What Wednesday

Hey all!  Linking up with Shannon again over at L.A.I.D.

Today I am saying SO WHAT if......

I did what I said I wouldn't do and changed my blog with a lovely fall layout.  I couldn't resist.  I am really liking the Halloween stuff I have found to put on here too.

I make the transition into my fall clothing slowly.  For instance, I am wearing pants today and a 3/4 length shirt but still wearing open toed shoes.  I know, I know, I am such a fashionista....that's a joke.

I haven't posted since last Wednesday.  I just have too much going on and I can't tie myself to the computer.

We went to yet another festival, the Apple Festival to be exact, this past weekend.  I swear it is the last one til next year.  Lots of fun was had and the weather was superb.  Still didn't get a darn gyro though.

So what if I love these two boys every day but even more when they get along ;)
So what if I rode not 1 but 2 rides that spun because this sweet boy wanted me to.  I get pretty sick if I am dizzy but who can refuse this boy?  Not me!!!

I did in fact cut 5 inches off my hair last week as I mentioned and I don't love it.  I need it to be like 2 inches longer before I am going to love it.  Bad decision on my part.

I have been sporting a mini pony tail ever since said hair cut.  I can't deal with it down makes me want to cry.  On a side note, I do love the darker color.

I am dying to go to the Flea Market in Nashville, TN.  It is wonderful.  Everything about going there screams  fall to me.  LOVE!  Hopefully I will get my wish this weekend.  Fingers crossed.

Happy Almost Fall!!!!

Friday's Letters

Photobucket

Dear Friday's Letters :  I am sorry for missing out on you the past couple times.  Life has just been busy but here I am again.
Dear Babies:  I just want to say that everyone of you are winners in my book.  Judging a baby contest is tough work and to have to only pick two breaks my heart.  So I am sorry for those of you that didn't get a "trophy".  You are all beautiful in your own way.
Dear Goals:  Glad to see I am making progress in meeting some of you.  Maybe not all but some is better than none.
Dear Headache:  You are welcome to leave at any time, I have no need for you.
Dear Fall:  Where are you????  I know the first day of fall isn't until the 22nd but seriously holding on putting up my fall decor is killing me!
Dear Gyro:  Matt says he will get me one of you since I didn't get my chance at the fair.  Yum!!!
Dear Money Tree:  If you could give me your exact coordinates, I would greatly appreciate it.
Dear Fall Bucket List:  How cute are you?  I hope to check every little item off of you.
I hope you have had a great weekend!!!!  Happy almost fall everyone!!!!

Long time no blog....

Yes, I have returned.  Although I must admit I have been reading my old posts and wondering what in the world I was babbling about.  I won't lie, I may only be here for another month and then quit again.  Not because I don't love blogging but because I typically enjoy reading blogs.  I am not that interesting.  However, I must admit this past year has been a whirlwind.

A little updating.....D is now 12 and J is 2 years and 8 months old, yes almost 3!!! YIKES!!!  I am still my super awesome fabulous self and finally divorced in March of this year.  That took about 5 years off my life.  However, at this point we have reached a good level of communication for our child.  Not bad at all or at least not in my opinion.

Halloween has come and gone.  Here are a couple of pics to entertain you.

It appears I do not know how to operate this blog anymore :(  I am going to have to brush up on my blogging skills if I plan to post more.  I have so many pics I want to share from the past year but for now I will leave you with a few more of our Halloween decorations and such.
